Made from a black mohair and measuring a generous 20", he is limited to just 12 in his edition. He has a specially embroidered footpad and a dark green printed ribbon. Apple Pie House first began selling Dean's bears 10 years ago, and Daddy Appleton is the 10th special edition bear Dean's have produced for the shop. Only One Left

Apple Pie House is a long established teddy bear shop situated in the picturesque market town of Ledbury in Herefordshire. Nestling amongst original Tudor buildings, our 16th century store is chock-a-block full to bursting with bears.
Our speciality is teddy bears from the famous German manufacturer, Steiff. At the pinnacle of their collection are the limited edition mohair bears, but we also stock other ranges from Steiff – Cosy Friends for plush and well priced animals, bears and keyrings and Steiff Baby, a range of the very safest of playthings suitable for newborns and toddlers.
However, the story does not end there. The crème de la crème of the teddy bear world can be viewed in the shop in Ledbury. Apple Pie House is honoured to stock collectable bears and animals by the American Artist R. John Wright. A specialist in limited edition pieces by Beatrix Potter and his own bear designs, R. John Wright is a success story for the 21st Century. He is very selective in his choice of design, costume and representation of original storybook characters.
